Rock Steady Boxing

Boxing/Kickboxing Class

We are learning every day that there are ways in which people with Parkinson’s disease can enhance their daily quality of life and even build impressive power, strength, flexibility, and speed! By exercising with coaches who know the ropes, you can fight your way out of the corner and start to feel and function better.

We are also opening up a new class every Friday --- the Boxing/Kickboxing Class! This is a special class that is open to everyone. Whether you're a fitness newbie or a seasoned gym goer, a boxing/kickboxing exercise at least once a week will help you feel re-energized.

No matter what your goals are,

working out is better with a coach.

Learn why personal and functional fitness training might be the best option for you.

If you have limited time to work out, we'll make sure that you get the best results possible for the amount of time you have.

Why personal training?

  • We give you guidance and motivation since it gets harder staying motivated.
  • We can accommodate an injury or other obstacles that might prevent you from exercising.
  •  If you have limited time to work out, we'll make sure that you get the best results possible for the amount of time you have and maximize results.
Functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work, or in sports.

Why functional fitness training?

  • Functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work, or in sports.

  • You are using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability. A

  • Additional benefits are increased sports performance,  increased functional strength, improved posture, and more coordination.

And we are here for the Parkinson's Community.

What Our Clients Say About Us

I have been working with Gabi for 3+ years, she has helped me go from a couch potato with bad knees to an avid cyclist averaging 75 miles a week.

4 years ago Gabriele was my savior. My shoulder and arm would not move without pain. The exercises she did with me cured that, and I have been seeing her weekly since then. Highly recommend Gabi and her training exercises. She knows her business. I look forward to her weekly classes knowing I will feel better afterward.

I am very very lucky to be able to work out twice a week with a personal trainer. With the onset of Parkinson's, it is more than helpful and keeps me from being a couch potato and slob. Secondly and more important, I am more than fortunate to get to have Gabrielle (Gabi) Campbell as my personal trainer. She has always taken a deep-rooted interest in my condition. Since being diagnosed with Parkinson’s, Gabi has tailor-made my workouts with that in mind. A great trainer if I do say so myself.
